Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you need to return an item, we offer a 30-day returns policy from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, simply contact us with your preffered method within this period and send the item back to the address we provide. Please note the following:

• Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 working days.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. We are unable to accept items that have been used or damaged.

• Return postage is your responsibility.

• A 10% restocking fee may apply to items that were specially ordered for you or if the return is requested after the first 14 days of the 30-day window. This helps us cover processing costs and keep our prices fair.

• Spare part returns are subject to a 20% handling charge if not used.
